Real estate consulting services were provided to corporate and individual clients, located throughout the US. Services included asset and property management organizational structuring and personnel hiring, retail mall restructuring (tenant mix & tenant acquisition services), property acquisition and disposition services to multi-location ownership companies in all 50 states. Client assets base totaled over 25 million sq. ft. of commercial and industrial properties, valued in excess of $1 billion dollars.
Formed over 20 general and limited partnerships, acting as Managing General Partner, acquiring retail, office, and industrial properties in LA County. ROI in all partnerships in excess of twenty-two percent (22%) per annum. Created “Commercial Theme Projects” centered geographically around furnishings industry and high-end fashion industries.
